A question no one understood

Recommended Posts

i posted a reply last week, but no one understood what i was saying. when you are playing a mission as anything except group leader, the group leader just keeps saying different commands. well now i am making a mission, and i want the group leader to say a few, but i'm not sure how to make him say some. (hopefully this makes sense). so if someone could help me on that with any example they know, it would be greatful.

Well hellfish, i saw your question last week,

and i also have seen the replies you got

Sorry for not replying there, but i've been short

on time.

You want to have the orders given by an AI commander

(just for info to you others out there) wink.gif

OK at the top of this editing section on page 1, you

find a thread called: Scripting Reference

Inside is a link to the official comref, where you have

to look for the "command" command (lol funny combination

of words).

Also i would recomend you to go for an unofficial comref

you might find some good ones at http://www.ofpec.com

or at http://www.operationflashpoint.cz

They are even more detailed in some case then the official

one (you have some samples included and more)

hope this helps

There are just a few commands that you can script (stop, target, etc.). I have NOT found a way to script all of the options available to a commander (ie. engage/disengage not combatmode).
