AI Firing down range.

Hey, I seem to recall 2 possible ways of doing this how I'd like to do it.

First Method:

Set up an .sqs which has the unit firing at the defined periods,

I don't remember how to script this, but I remember using a script to force a harrier to launch GBUs when it flies over a trigger area, I'm not sure if this is applicable for infantry as well though.

Second Method:

I've heard rumours of a command which allows me to act out some actions, and then after that I can make it so that an AI unit copies the actions I recorded?

Any help would be appreciated.
