A-10 and SADARM??

hi,

I was creating a mission where you have to fly an A-10

and destroy armor targets.

So i was customizing the loadout,

but now I am stuck at this.

I was using the AddWeapon and Addmagazineturret commands to

add a sadarm to my plane.

but I could find the sadarm on this list as vehicle ammo: http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/ArmA_2:_Weapons#Vehicle_.26_Static_Weapons is it possible to use a SADARM on the plane?

what is a SADARM? I haven't seen a weapon or ammo class by that name

SADARM = Search And Destroy Armor

you can use it as a artillery weapon ( at least in the SOM module ).

I saw it somewhere as an air-ground weapon

SADARM stands for Search and Destroy Armor. It is an artillery shell. Because of that, it may not even work properly when fired from a plane, especially because you would need to be titled right. You're best bet is just adding more Maverick missiles to the A-10. The Maverick is a very effective Air to Ground missile.

Turret (you don't need to add it because its already there): MaverickLauncher

Magazine: 2Rnd_Maverick_A10

Unlock the SADARM, it is guaranteed to work and lets you target it yourself.

how can I do this the best?

If I just add more mavericks they will attach to the same turrets as the others not?

You can add an M119 and SADARM missiles to an A-10 with addWeapon, but you can't fire it and you won't get the artillery computer option either. :)

If you removed the other weapons your Mavs will attach to empty pylons under your wing, otherwise they'll just "be there" and appear just under your A-10 when you fire them.
