Is there a way to convert mp3 files into ogg files

I use the Easy CD-DA Extractor/Easy Audio File Converter. Allows you to convert among many different formats, including OGG and MP3...

I use EggDrop or something like that. Very simple interface, all you do is take your WAV file (has to be WAV, sorry) and you drop it into the program, it will then convert it for you

for some reason, after using DBPowerAmp successfully for many weeks, It suddenly crashes every time I try to convert to .ogg at constant bitrate (ofp requires constant apparently).

So thats out for me, I saw some other software mentioned, Avon, audio wizard, got a link?
