Barso 10 Posted August 19, 2010 I have a patch that changes the .exe of a game to utilise the extra ram of a 64bit OS. I have used it on silent hunter 3 and 5 and also some other games and the improvement is great but would it work on arma 2 and OA? thanks.
-=seany=- 5 Posted August 19, 2010 I don't think its a good idea to modify the .exe in case you trigger the games copy/cheat protection. Changes have been made recently to allow Arma to use more of your available RAM, so it should be as good as we can get for now.
Fox '09 14 Posted August 19, 2010 what he said laa programs don't seem to trigger cheat protection , but with the new betas you might as well just use ... the new betas.. I've played online enabling LAA, no problems.
