Custom animations

Was wondering if anyone has successfully added custom animations to the game, not the hand ones for weapons but full body animations. Using O2/rtm, of course.

I'm getting stumped.

I actually made some progress on this the same day I posted that, after a few hours of tinkering with whatever info I could find and the BIS config files themselves, but no one replied so didn't know if there was interest. Still don't know if anyone has done it and I'm just trying to reinvent the wheel or what, but I managed to get it somewhat figured out, using probably inappropriate methods to work around things I can't figure out:

I played with it today but haven't since I posted so haven't figured all that much out. I think my biggest problem was trying to figure out how to set the duration of the animation. Unfortunately I can't get it to change from being 1 second long... so I just have to set the speed to account for it.

For example, the duration of that animation in the video is a full 10 seconds (sped up in-game) only because I set the speed to be "0.1". Making the keyframes is the easy part, the config spun me for loop though.
