Hoaah 10 Posted August 4, 2010 Is it possible to hex edit the pixel and vertex shaders of Super so it doesn't go through all the stages? I would more likely do it this way so I don't have to edit every rvmat file in the universe. whatcha think guys?
[frl]myke 14 Posted August 4, 2010 What i think? Regarding your past efforts to cut down visual quality and based on that assuming your programming skills and knowledge of ArmA 2 related shading (speaking of MLOD's and rvmat's), my advice would be: keep your hands off the shaders and get a better graphic cards. It is more than likely that you will f*** it up and will have to reinstall the game. I also assume that the only persons in this forum who have the relevant knowledge about the shaders are BIS employees and therefor you might guess yourself the probability of getting an answer about it. No offence mate, i respect the effort you put in it but effort without knowledge of such critical aspects like shaders is dangerous.
