Possible to changethe green portraits?

I'd like to change the green character portraits that show up in the bottom of the screen to actual faces, does anyone know how to do this?

Ive seen in single player where one of them will be changed to an actual portrait of a soldier but everyone else was green.

I've tried using setIdentity but that only changes the name for the briefing and in radio commands.

Is it even possible?

Not without a mod, the portraits you get in singleplayer is attached to the model of the main characters.(Graves,Pierce, Herrera and some other guy if i remember correctly)
