Building positions and ALICE

I'm running a script that teleports a unit (setPos) to a house building position (buildingPos). When I do this the unit fails to follow any waypoints and seems welded to the house position. I noticed that when I remove the Ambient Civilians module (ALICE) there's no problem. I guessing that there's a conflict if a module generated AI spawns in the same position (Sometimes the ambient civs that spawn there die when I place a unit there). Is there anyway around this?

Also, is it possible to spawn the unit in a house rather than teleporting to it?
