As written in title thread. It's unbelievable how their operating, filled with lies and deceit. Stealing from other peoples work, flat out lying to cover it up and still continuing business as usual. Still no sign of anything.

That website is incorrect on so many levels I'm not sure if it's worth discussing. My only concern is to why there's a link to this thread.

mbaxter, You enter here, galloping around as if your actually pleased with the results. Do you truly believe that the A3L group is in good standing with the Arma community? When I first started this thread I did a quick search to see if anything related came up. Were a few threads, spread across multiple websites but nothing that received much attention. What happens if this thread didn't receive this amount of attention. I suppose we would have just relied on the good nature of the A3L staff.

Hey eggbeast, The member that was banned here, was not just any member. Member (Caiden) is actually the owner of A3L. His outrageous and extremely rude behavior that led to his eventual ban is a clear indication of there overall business format. I understand Caiden, because from his previous posts he simply doesn't care and probably gets enjoyment from stealing work without consequences and all the while profiting. Which I don't understand is his support team, Mike Baxter and the rest all seem to have a level head, why don't they resign. Don't any of them even have the most basic of morals? They've formed a group that anyone involved, cannot be outspokenly proud to be a part of.

Would be easier to diagnose the issue if you posted your PC specs, since screen tearing can be caused by many things. Do you have a SLI or Crossfire setup?

Your absolutely right, I'm not sure how Caiden doesn't have any remorse for what he's done. I suppose all those "Donations" are blinding him.

This seems to be a recurring theme for Caiden to insult other members. Not in only this thread, but in other threads as well when asked about his "donation" system and stolen work.

I'm not sure what you mean. A3L has an open application process available to the public, in which they charge $30 to play on their server. In addition they are using other peoples hard work without their knowledge and profiting from it.

I'll see what I can do MikeTim. I also received an email from Jan Libich from Bohemia Support. Hoping we can get enough like minded people here to speed up the process.

I understand they can't trace me back to a forum post, but they can if I reveal my identity through a video. They seem to do whatever they want anyways so I was just raising concern.

A large issue that needs to be addressed is that their no longer just a small group. I asked a moderator that there website only shows 30k members and that it was capped and was curious how many actual members they have. He laughed and proudly told me they have well over 200k members. That same mod told me they had a DDOS attack on the server. They did some research and discovered his IP address, and found that he logged in multiple times to the website and TS server that same day. They reversed IP search and found he resided in the UK. They were able to find where he resided and his home number. It turned out it was just a kid and started harassing his father to make sure it never happened again. I have recordings, but I'm to worried that the same thing will happen to me. That they don't like how I'm speaking negatively about there server, what's to stop them from calling my family members? Nothing.

noob1 I suggest you read the forum link I posted just to get a taste of what's happening here. How many times do they have to be told that they can't forcefully charge a fee to join. They've said they removed the donator system on multiple occasions and still continue charging. Would you ask a murderer to just stop killing and you can be on your merry way. That's not how it works, they've proven themselves as liers a 1000x over. It's over, it's done. It's terrible for the community how there running this. I'm sure the fraud that's running this scheme has a big poster on his wall that reads, Step 1. Steal others hard work Step 2. Flat out lie Step 3. Rake in profits Step 4. Rinse and Repeat, Deny and Delay. MikeTim, There's endless evidence, in that forum post there's evidence of them stealing Tonic's work as well.

No restricted access, well there it is in plain text. If you pay the $30 "Donation" steps past 2 aren't necessary. Isn't that the very definition of breaching the License Agreement.

I hope you've read some of the questions that were posted here Tonic, and witnessed how not a single question was answered bluntly and truthfully. Only twisting the original question and replying something unrelated. We have no legal power, nor are we representatives of Bohemia. They seem to take advantage of that fact and we often get rude and defensive responses. All I can say is that I speak for the community, and in saying that, many are displeased with there behavior. Obviously not enough of us are. At this point their playing the deny and delay game for as long as they can.

Mbaxter, Just wanted to continue where we left off earlier. Is an additional application process required to join if you do not donate? Thanks, Takus

This is for any future applicants that are reading this post. Just to clarify, since your wording is very misleading. If you decide to pay a fee and have completed the application process you can play immediately as a civilian. If you do not pay the fee, you will have to complete the application process then wait an additional 2 weeks and apply for an alternative other than civilian. Correct?

mbaxter, Could you please update your Arma 3: Life mod's website to clearly show that a $30 "Donation" is required to play. I've spent 2 hours writing up a detailed 450 word required application, 4 days to get it approved and an additional 4 hours in team-speak. While all in the end being told by you personally Mike Baxter that I would need to spend $30 "Donation" to enter. I understand that previously you had this message written before entering the process which deterred many would be applicants from the endless hours of processing. I'm not sure why you took down the message while still continuing the same, unsavory practices as you were before. Could someone shine some light onto this subject as why this happened? I have no issue paying $30, but going through that process made me very bitter towards your operation. Thank you, Takus
