You're going off topic. Please take it to PM's or a separate thread.

That is nothing to do with ArmA 3 Life. Secondly, Altis Life is not a mod, it's a mission.

I highly recommend to anyone that purchased the early access to chargeback as soon as possible. I have won all of mine because Caiden is too lazy to respond to it. Just make sure it says the product was not as described significantly and that in the message to seller that it contains a large number of copyrighted IP and that it also breaches the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. It is also worth mentioning that is disguised as a forum donation to try and avoid this. After submitted, make sure to escalate the claim which means Caiden has 10 days to respond to the claim otherwise you win automatically which is how I won. Regards, Steven

Okay, the irony of what you just said there is the fact you clearly don't realize that Eggbeast is the one that has been compiling the report that has been distributed to BI, Microsoft, PayPal and other various studios evidencing all the stolen IP and the breach of EULA's/Licenses. I wouldn't argue against the people that have done the most to aid this thread and have done the most to help remove this poison community from ArmA that has turned so many mod developers away. I am not arguing with you but I would like for you to know the facts before making yourself look silly.

Thank you, it was too late for me to type a response like that and you have put it perfectly.

*facekeyboard* You contradicted yourself three times in one post, and again you just contradicted yourself again. I will not reply to you as you are going to make me destroy all my peripherals by smashing my face against them by reading your posts.
-
*Sigh* Really, did you just use "Virtual Ammobox Script" as an example... *facepalm*. You are now dealing with two completely different things which proves my point. You don't see the full picture. The commercialization of other peoples content that they released for free to the community in which A3L comes along, takes the content (WHICH IS RELEASED UNDER CREATIVE COMMONS) and resigns it, redistributes it and makes money off of it. That is not only unethical, it is illegal as it breaches the license agreement. Please read the facts before you post. You contradicted yourself in your own post.
-
Oh look. Another one of the A3L damage control members. Please don't join this forum just to try and fight against the solid proof we have.
-
You don't know the half of it unfortunately.
-
So the amount they made in the first instance which DOES total over 50% of their overall earnings doesn't matter right? That wasn't illegal right?
-
In the first instance it was forced as you could not gain access any other way. Please stop trying to fight a lost battle.
-
That's the fun part. We are looking into the tax part and by looking into the Netherlands tax rates, they need to pay 51% of their profit in tax.
-
Even if you did get to the point of being able to post. A while ago I tried to point out a mistake that Zannaza made (contradicted himself in his own post) and it got deleted pretty quick with no response. It's hilarious how they try to brainwash their community into thinking everything Caiden and Zannaza say is correct and nobody else is correct.
-
You have made a very good choice. Hopefully you can find a community better suited to you which doesn't operate in an illegal form. All the best to you.

PayPal are already aware and investigating as A3L breaches the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy by selling a product that breaches copyright.
