Is there a fix in the works? I haven't been able to play since I bought the game.

Yes, I am getting this, too. Googling the error (as Greenfist has said) will tell you to downgrade your graphics driver. No other fixes. :( I have heard of other games having this problem. One is Banished. I believe that their developer has some sort of save/restart function that saves where you were when the error occurred, and restarts the game from that last known point. I could be wrong, though. If the Banished developers do actually have a system like this, then I see no reason why BI could do this with Arma.

Maybe it might be good to add something from preventing dying by the first mortar on Tipping Point?

Hey, I'm pretty new here, but I've been having a similar problem. Do you happen to be getting any error messages upon the crash? I have a pretty similar computer and I'm getting an error message. I already saw a 192 day old thread about it unsolved. If it is the d3d error - dxgi_error_device_removed error, I can PM you some information about that.
