I'm having some trouble with the controls. I have binded "Y" to lase target and "LSHIFT+T" to lock target. However, when i lase the target to get the distance by pressing "Y", it automatically calculates the movement of the target and causes me to miss my shot. AFAIK LSHIFT+T aka "Lock Target" function is supposed to do that. As i would much more prefer to just lase the target to get its distance and lead the shot myself. Is there something i'm doing wrong here??

Took you long enough, we've been needing this feature since day one for vanilla arma. Aswell as the drag and carry capabilities! We had them in arma 2 so why could we not have them in arma 3??

Hi, i'm the owner of a group called Agony of De Feet. We're a small (40 player) steam group who play Zeus missions regularly. We only use a few light mods such as TFAR and Ares, Sthud. Unfortunately we recently lost some people, so our group really needs someone who can perhaps add small scripts and more player slots for a zeus mission file. We are also of course looking for more members and especially Game Masters who would like to do do their missions with our group. We could also use some staff for other tasks such as organizing, posting announcements and someone to make us a cooler logo! While playing on the OFFICIAL Zeus servers by Bohemia Interactive i have encountered some scripters/hackers several times. Normally this wouldn't really be a problem as a server admin can ban people right? Well, not in the official server. As in official bohemia servers admins can only be voted in who only have the power to kick or choose mission and whatnot. Voted admins can neither access debug console or any of that so its really hard to track down whoever is hacking/scripting and try to kick him. So can someone please advise me what to do here or where can i report people like this? Previously i tried sending an email to battleye about a guy scripting and making weird marks on the map and so on, but i got no response from them. We really like to play in the official zeus servers as everyone can find them easily and everyone has a chance to try zeusing and so on. I hope i'm not being rude as this is your guide not mine. MK17 HOLOSIGHT SMG reticle is incorrect. It should be the same as ACO SMG (RED) after 1.42 update. In addition you could probably add C and D for the AMS scope as the different camo variants have a different style backup reticles. These are just suggestions but, if you want to make a guide how to actually use these sights you should make photos or a video showing the how the reticles are zeroed. For example where to hold your RCO if your target is 100 meters or 200 meters away. Some of these are not straight forward so more detailed guide for all of these would be appreciated. Here is an example, Dsylecxi made this guide for the RCO, nothing for other optics tho.

In addition if you're having trouble finding some of the targets, open up your map and you can see targets that haven't been knocked down yet are marked with an empty circle. You can then place a waypoint on the target and locate it with your sight. I happened to use that method myself in the last part of CoF 2 as seen in the video :)
