  1. Map bug also present here. Checked everything and seems to be fine....
  2. @DutchVidya: Editor - F7 Modules - Category : Misc - Module (MCC Sandbox) - Access Rights. Units that are synced to the module have access rights. @devs: I think the official documentation could use an overhaul...
  3. @DutchVidya: regarding your question on access rights to MCC. Normally you and all your clients must have MCC installed for all to work without a hitch. You then create a MP mission and incorporate MCC control module where you exactly specify which unit will have accesss rights to MCC control centre. (but, yea, generally MCC is quite permissive, I still have to adjust to MCC option on all my SP missions and campaigns - will be solved with a decent game launcher as current official launcher situation is horrendous) @spirit6: thx for video reference on GAIA as Im also fresh...
  4. @spirit6: a very nice option where players would be able to simply occupy the mission focus surrounding areas! A nice idea indeed! One question / suggestion: the surrounding areas could be handled similary as in EOS (enemy occupation system) by BengaBob - also excellent little tool! , thereby not affecting performance too-much. Or is this allready implemented via "caching system"? @devs: one bug found in Mission generator: upon generating a mission you are presented with description and MAP area. The map stays completely white until you click on it or sometimes just doesnt react and stays white-blank. bye
  5. to all MCC devs! As I am learning about MCC I must say: This software is really a nice piece of kit! Gaia - wonderful! Again congrats!

    New update, new disaster!

@chortles: exactly! I just can't believe they just blatantly didn't...

    New update, new disaster!

Yes ARMA 3 till now is best playwise... But I don't think BI broke the official campaign (because it was not designed for "new" gameplay). I believe they are testing the fighting mechanic and searching for a "fatigue" system that responds well and can be incorporated into whole ARMA 3 experience. But if people are getting problems now, it sure needs attention from developers as they cannot let essential content go amiss with the introduction of new content and evolution of ARMA.

    New update, new disaster!

@roshnak, Chortles: I don't know, I hope BI is in ARMA 3 experimental stage (even if we are out of the beta some major changes are being introduced ... and announced...) searching for optimal gameplay people will respond to. But definitely the whole ARMA 3 experience (considering SP, Official Campaign, ...) is a bit off.
  9. OK, about DLCs. I really dont understand. How can something involving shooting mechanic (i guess "shooting mechanic" forms a core of a simulator like ARMA) be a DLC? Some people will play with "normal" ARMA "shooting mechanic" and those who will buy a DLC will have more advanced shooting gameplay enabled? Do we have now two simulators in one? Two gameplay styles in one? Confusion? I really hope some logical thinking will go into evolution of ARMA series. (Develop a sound and comprehensive gameplay mechanic - for everyone, use DLCs for quality content distribution) What do you think?
  10. Just a report. Using MCC 4 r7, when using mission generator I get a report during mission building: Script mcc_sandbox_mod\mcc\pop_menu\markers_add.sqf not found. p.s. @shay_gman: Congrats on a wonderful ARMA 3 addon! All best wishes for the future!
  11. Yes the situation is strange... p.s. about DLCs (it is a long time till "Marksman-DLC" but now for my taste weapon handling and combat is a bit off...), hope BI take a look!

    New update, new disaster!

@Chortles: So you basically suggest BI (intentionally or not) broke the ARMA 3 flagship SP Survive-Adapt-Win campaign. I dont think so. Something is definitely off here.

    New update, new disaster!

I must also say I enjoyed many good hours in ARMA 2 and 3 but lately something is off in ARMA 3. This can especially be noticed when playing SP (lets say official BI campaign missions/showcases for standard comparison). Don't know if it is the new fatigue/sway system combined with AI but gameplay is not feeling "smooth" as before. ...hard to explain... Do you have the same observations? (Sometimes you feel like you are fighting the game rather than the game content?)
  15. OK I won't critisize much but something is OFF in new Arma fatigue/sway system and AI. Singleplayer especially feels ... i dont know ... when you are playing you are thinking about sway-fatigue and AI and not enjoying as before...
