    RotorLib FDM - Seems to focus on heli maneuvering on both ground (taxing) and air as well as learning instrumentation and physics simulations that can tie into turbulence. ------------------------------ RotorLib CGF - Adds, or focuses on, other heli operations/uses; insertion/extraction, fast-rope, Anti-Surface Warfare, cargo transport and recovery of explosive devices and small vehicles (drones/smaller undersea/seafaring vehicles).

    The customization for vehicle loadouts like John_Saul's F/A18 and Su-35 mods would be amazing. Still, I think it's too much logic for BI to adopt. But lately I've been wondering what variant of RotorLib would be added with the Helicopter DLC? Or will it be combining features of them all?

    Great stuff, Chops! Very cool. Nice to see Al Qaeda will make an appearance. Can't wait to have people wearing them shooting at me from the rocks in Clafghan so I can have a good reason to tactically piss my pants.

    Pfff! This Zeus is not about democracy. This Zeus is not about freedoms, diplomacy or apple pies, infidel. This Zeus is about constraining the people of his earthly kingdoms to their dying and forgotten principles and traditions for their greater good. Fearing Allah's holy wrath. I shall cleanse the lands of the infidel stench that corrupts and defiles my humans love for all things good! This Zeus kneels before Allah! Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar! الله أكبر But I really would still like to know if MEC will be getting a Zeus compatability update soon. I have to resort to Drongo's SAA mod. Which is still good. Just not as much content. And the Hezbollah units aren't wearing balaclavas. Which is a minus in my book. the balaclava is their staple!

    Is there any chance for a Zeus compatibility update for this mod? People need to experience the terror of Hezbollah. CSAT units aren't cutting it.

    It's just a shame that the action menu hasn't been killed off by now. I guess it'd make more work in making an actual context key more accurate. But with the helicopters, I just want a chinook and an awesome futuristic osprey! Because... Futuristic!   8. Awesome! Thanks, Richards! Though honestly, I haven't noticed any changes with the sound. Only that if you have dar_hummerh and dar_hmmwv in Zeus and spawn in a hummer before spawning a HMMWV, the wheels, snorkle and (if in the model) the gun becomes disfigured and rotates in odd ways independently of the vehicle. It scares me to be honest. It looks like a fever dream.
  9. Are they even still working on allowing Zeus to communicate through local? Maybe in an active manner, but at least something in the works in the background.
  10. Alright. This is very weird but I've actually found an odd fix to get the DAR vehicles to show up as usable assets in the Zeus interface. For a while last night I was just playing around with PW6, testing out mods and I quickly began to realize a pattern. I went to bed thinking it was actually just accidental, thinking it wouldn't do it again... and again this morning. But it did. The Aggressors mod (@CAF_AG) actually forces the DAR mods, somehow, to show up as usable scenario assets for Zeus. Probably not the "fix" you thought it was. But from my point of view, it was humorous enough to note. Edit: Scratch that. It only forces it to work ONLY when you're running Fallujah 1.2 as well. Thought I was being semi-slick with that bogus "fix".

    Would the Helicopter DLC also fix the psition selction of where you'd want to sit in the helicopter? Like in either with the dreaded action menu or the pseudo-context keys (space/mid. mouse btn.)? Because I still bite my thumb at looking at a skid on the hummingbird but just be seating in either the copilot one of the back seats.
  12. While playing as the Zeus, it's an on and off thing that the HMMWVa will show up in the NATO and the Empty assets. Does anyone have an explanation for this or a way to make it so the HMMWVs always show up while playing Zeus? Could it be that this mod just isn't completely optimized for Zeus gameplay? The same goes for the DAR Hummerh mod too. note: So far, the only vehicle mod (that I use) that always shows up in the assets list for Zeus is the kyo_mh47e_a3 mod.

    Yep. It's broken the sounds for RH_M4_A3 and NATO_Russian_SF_Weapons. Nothing at all except the snaps when in front of a weapon and the sounds of the rounds hitting the ground.   16. I'm afraid I had to abandon what little "progress" I made with giving PGS units/assets Zeus compatibility. But since the VAS mod, things are starting to look up in terms of Zeus gameplay.   17. I've recently found out about the PG services PMC mod and thought to give it a try. I loved it - but these units/assets cannot be used along with Zeus as it is now. I'm hoping to make a workshop item so these units can be used in vanilla maps as well as the A3MP or AP maps. How would I go about doing this? I've looked on other threads for this sort of thing, I just don't know the right terminology. So I may very well have overlooked this information already being in another thread. Please redirect me if so. I'd love to use this in Zeus.
  18. Right over my head, man. Haha. But thanks for the help. I'm sure I'll figure it out. I just wish there were videos for syncing. Because I've seen that term used before, but I have no idea what it means. Would I be able to turn the outcome (however it's exported or whatever) into a workshop item for others?

  20. Awesome! That'd be great. I'll start looking into it, myself too, though the title "dark art" makes me think some form of wizardry plays into it. Do I need to construct a horcrux? Does it involve any sort of blood magic and/or ritual to bring forth that which is unholy and impure? Or are those just things I don't need to worry about at this time?
  21. I have no idea what any of that means except the context you used "configuration" in. But even with that I'm still fuzzy. Would I be right in thinking all that isn't something one can just pick up and start doing?

  23. Alright. EVERY map works perfectly besides A3 crashing when I exit out of some of the A3MP-AP maps in the editor. Except for FDF_Podagorsk, which I can't seem to even extract for some reason. I can open it up in 7-zip, but it's not in a folder or anything. I expected to see another "@MapName" folder but didn't see the contents in such a folder. I tried creating a folder like that as the destination to extract the contents to, but that didn't work either. Personally, this is the map I've wanted to try above all the rest for a while now. Any help on this is very much appreciated even more so. But again, thanks for all the help so far.
