Everytime I load Arma 2 OA It says I am missing 3D_Performance

I played Arma2 OA Before And it worked fine with Good FPS and No lag but one day i opened it and it said" No entry 'C:\Users\Michael\Documents\ArmA2\ArmA2OA.cfg.3D_Performance.'" I can play but the FPS is really low and extremely lagging and I cant change it a higher Quality I Also deleted all local Files and redownload it off steam and it still says its PLEASE HELP!
