    Serbian Armed Forces (SAF) [v0.90]

Well here I am finally, I was away for the (long) summer holidays, after that the forum software changed and for some reason I couldn't login so after a couple of tries I gave up and focused on other things, Unfortunatelly, it's true, the activity on our mod has come to almost a complete halt. The only guy working constantly is Aleksa, who never stopped working on his models for our mod, even after he joined RHS. So @Mladjo, I think it is COMPLETELY unfair from you to accuse anyone of leaving, because: a ) personal issues between the mod team members should remain private, and not posted in a public forum. b ) YOU were the first to take a long leave when you stopped working on the mod for basically all of summer. Ok, you had your reasons, and I'm not going to make them public, but please don't make it as if you were eager to work, and other left without a trail. That couldn't be further from the truth. You stopped working in APRIL, and even if we needed you to import the models into the game and make config, because you were in charge of that in our team, we decided to push forward, and continue working. Aleksa and I even learned basic importing skills, so we could at least see our models in game. For the whole summer we were making progress, and we were using our team forum for discussion and posting preview images. The last activity in our dev topic was 20th of August, so 4 months after you stopped working on the mod, for your reasons. Anyway, I'm not going to write a whole novel on our internal issues, but I won't let you to talk behind our backs and play an innocent victim. If the mod never comes out, we should all share the guilt, not point fingers at someone else.

Thanks guys, I guess you really like our Zastavas, so here's another one, M92 this time :D In game of course, Stratis airfield. If you wonder why I'm only taking screenshots of these beauties on the ground, well the answer is, the soldier models are on their way

    Textures automatically drops down

I feel your pain, for some reason BIS keeps this automatic texture lowering thing, if you don't happen to have enough VRAM. They don't care if I don't give a damn about FPS, if maybe I want to max everything out in order to get the best possible screenshot, or video. I noticed they removed this annoying "feature" from Dayz, I never noticed the textures downgrading by themselves, and I have everything on max.

Thanks guys, @Foxfort, maybe I'll be able to show you the M70AB2 in game soon :D In the meantime, here's a little WIP sneak peek of army boots for our new soldier model, by our team member Fuxna. You can see more on our FB page :)

    Serbian Armed Forces (SAF) [v0.90]

Grazie per tutte queste belle parole, anche noi speriamo di finire al piu' presto i contenuti per il nuovo update. Saluti da Trieste ;) Thanks :)
  14. Just static, for now. Via script in editor, for now. Time for some new stuff, these three are still very WIP, need to make sure it looks good from all angles, most complex pose I worked on 'till now :)
  15. Sounds exciting. Every day I come here hoping to see some pics of your great models in Arma 3 :D

Sneak peak of some of our new models in game.
  17. I'm not using anything like that, I edit my screenshots in Photoshop as I usually do with real life photos I make :)
  18. Well there are more ways to activate animations, I guess it should work that way too (I personally use triggers in editor).
  19. Thanks guys, here's two more from today.
  20. Static means their body remains static, but the characters move their head spontaneously, as if they were looking around. These kind of animations are to be used for promo material like screenshots, videos, but maybe even missions or campaigns. Like I've said, there were 2 big packs similar to what I'm doing, namely ICP and MODUL animations pack, so you can check those out while waiting for me to finish this :) But who knows, maybe in the future I'll do some poper animations with full movement once I get some experience with this. ; )
  21. Ah if only, but even that weapon-behind-your-back animation is looking weird...:j: Anyway, here are two more animations, with some '90s feel. Obviously, the cigarettes are from the awesome EWK_CIGS mod, they won't be included in my pack :D Hope you like them :)
  22. Thanks for the kind words. Everything on these screens so far is from RHS Escalation mod, they have the best looking models in Arma 3 so they're perfect for cool screenshots. Here's two more, and that's it for today. (The balaclava on this screen is from the upcoming SAF mod btw, check it out :D )
  23. I'll be doing just static poses for now, because I have limited experience in this field, and these are very simple to make. I think there are already a few movement mod packs for Arma 3, so that field is already covered more or less. :) PS. SMK animations work in Arma 3 animation viewer, I don't know if the author of SMK animations is still active, but I guess it wouldn't be that hard to make a full port. ;)
