  1. I am having a 100mbit/s Downstream and about 6mbit/s in Upstream. There is no device connected to this router, just this PC. I have another connection for Smartphones, Notebooks etc which are not related to this connection. The strange thing is that it just laggs ever 3 or 4 minutes for a short amount of time, then goes back to normal.
  2. Hello! I am having another huge problem. When I'm playing Arma 2/Arma 2 OA/Arma 3 or DayZ Mod/DayZ Standalone I am having the problem that my frames drop every 3 or 4 minutes. If I am standing in the middle of nowhere without moving, it happens too. So it doesn't matter if I move, drive in vehicles, or fly over cities. I normally have ~40 - ~50 FPS, till it drops to 8 FPS, stays there for 30 seconds, then goes up again and stays there till the next drop. I already tried a SSD and a faster HDD, that wasn't the problem. CPU usage is max at 50%, usually around 30%, same for RAM. Have you ever encountered this problem? If so, what could solve it/fix it? Thank you! If you need more informations, please tell me!
  3. Changing the MaxPacketSize actually fixed it, i still cant believe it! But why was it set to 2000? I never made any changes there..
  4. Hello, here's is my report File of Arma II: OA: http://www.file-upload.net/download-8668782/arma2oa.RPT.html
  5. I will do and post all informations out of the log here later :) A lower packetsize? I've read a lot about setting it to the max will fix it. Some people set down their sive because Xbox Live for example runs better with around ~1300, they had the same problems. Some of them solved it by maxing it to 1500.. EDIT: My ISP has a MTU of 1500
  6. It doesn't happen on every server, but I would say 8 out of 10 servers kick me within the first 15 minutes (After picking up weapons/getting into vehicles). If I don't touch anything it runs fine. 1 out of the 2 remaining servers works for me. The other one kicks me after ~1 hour, but it starts with desync and it gets heavier and havier till 'No Message received for XX seconds' popsUp, so there is no 'You were kicked off the game'-Pop Up. Me and some friends set up a little server to test things out, we disabled verifySignatures by putting the parameter to '0', the strange thing is that i get kicked out of the game with 'Signature Check Timeout' even it is disabled in the config-file.. I will upload the report-file as soon as i come home today.
  7. Hello there, I am suffering a pretty heavy problem: Signature Check timeout. I've read a lot about it and tried everything human possible to change it, but it's still here. I am now going to tell you what I've tried. Please note that I was playing Arma II for over 2 years now and never had any problems before. - I first re-installed Arma II, Arma II: OA and DayZ from scratch - Deleted Registy-entries and reinstalled again - started with admin rights, via Steam, Without Steam etc - i moved DayZ and Arma to another Harddrive - I opened ports on my router - I've set up a DMZ for my PC on my router This is now where fun starts: - i bought a new router, still the same.. - I changed my ISP, which means: I've moved to antoher Internet-Provider which uses another technology -> cable internet. I know have a 100mbit/s Downstream and 6 mbit/s Upstream. Guess what? -> SIGNATURE CHECK TIMEOUT! I am know asking if anyone could know what the hell is wrong with my PC. I've spent a lot of money trying to solve this (New router, new internet-contract, cabel-modem and a some more things) but nothing helped here. Do i really have to buy a new PC? It can't be related to my internet connection anymore.. I know have a 13ms-ping to the most servers and an Upstream bigger then most ppls Downstream..
