We're experiencing this issue too. Seems like the last patch broke some uniforms from mods like RHS or massi's packs...

Editing anything on the terrains other than Sahrani is something that will take trickery for now, I will discuss it with NeoArmageddeon.

In the meantime, I've fixed a few of the glaring issues, but not all of them.

I was able to find a version of the Panelaks that will work as a replacement.

Can I suggest to port all the US Light Armor from arma 2? Like the LAV-25 CV,Strykers and even maybe the Bradley APC's too? Just a request. Love the add on as is and great work.
