    I cannot. And in the dialogue box "Customize Layout" i cannot change Category, it is locked to "HUD".

    Before the latest patch, it used to be possible to go into game options, edit the GUI, and change the position and size of the "camera feed"-element (camera feed from for example UAVs that you got up by pressing TAB) Now - there is no such option. In its place there is the new radar-element, that you can position, but not resize. However changing its position does not effect the "camera feed"-element.
