  1. You can extract the pbo using a program called pbo manager. There should be a subdirectory called 'dialog'. Some of the files in there such as request.sqf, request_vehicle.sqf and so on are probably relevant.

    Marksman Showcase

Please note - spoilers below. I have now twice received the "Mission failed - you failed to follow your orders!" message. The first time, I took out four enemy in the main compound, entered the compound, went up the stairs, searched around but did not trigger the autosave when going close to the map (but tried to), then went downstairs and looked around the backyard and triggered the failure. The second time, I approached the compound, killed about four of enemy, went up the stairs and triggered the autosave when approaching the map, took out another enemy near a bush north of the compound, then had a fought some more enemies who arrived in a pickup. I then scoped the next location by climbing a hill southeast of the next location - I was about 300 meters away and saw two enemies in the second location. In order to get a better view, I moved up the hill to about 450 meters away. I had one of the enemies in my sights when the mission failed again. I'm not sure what is causing this bug/issue, but it is significantly affecting the playability of this scenario (which has otherwise been quite fun).
  3. I just tested the game with Enemy AI skill and Base Friendly AI skill both set to Veteran, and also had the bug with the squad member refusing to move. It occurred after engaging the enemy. The squad member was doing a lot of scanning the horizon.
  4. Regarding the bug (above) where an individual squad member refuses to move, I observe it when the AI setting is on Commando. I'm not sure if it occurs on other settings. I have experienced in in both Regular difficulty and Veteran difficulty.
  5. I just played through v0.75 and for the first time in a while I didn't experience the "AI not attacking" bug :D I did observe the following other bugs: * On a large number of occasions the helicopter taxi wouldn't land and in one case didn't take off (after specifying the landing zone). I'm not 100% sure what would cause this, but it possibly seemed to be triggered if something else would happen in the game, such as a friendly unit spotting an enemy unit, or enemies being detected near a FOB. I would not be able to disembark from the helicopter when this happens. * Squad members would sometimes get 'stuck' where they would refuse to move anywhere (this happened about 3 times). I think this bug has been around for a while, for example I have experienced it on Stratis before. * If a helicopter is bought at the main base, it can be placed too close to the base, so that it cannot take off because the rotor hits the base. * I think there may be an issue with the way that the enemy AI places units that are purchased. I took over a enemy zone (a Barracks I think) and there were about 3 destroyed enemy wehicles (one of which was a helicopter) stacked on top of each other (see this image: http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/595892468786535090/ACB9EA3AD292013A9CF8DD17C68A63DB787EAF9C/).
  6. I have also been getting the AI not attacking/fog issue. I have had this happen in at least two different games. It seems to be a massive reduction in the ability of the AI to spot enemy units, and affects both friendly and enemy AIs. I say this because I just had two enemy pilots come to within a few meters of my squad before the enemy and squad engaged each other (resulting in the deaths of the enemy). Conditions were only very slightly foggy. The bug was also leading to large numbers of enemy and friendly units converging into the centre of zones that the enemy had recaptured. ---------- Post added at 01:15 ---------- Previous post was at 00:56 ---------- As well as the AI visibility/not engaging issue, I have also experienced problems with assigning team yellow to the high command, when trying to do this from an FOB. I would do it, and get a message saying they were assigned, but they weren't. I had previously assigned a soldier to high command in this way earlier in the game. I had assigned the soldier to the high command because of another issue that I have observed on at least 2 occasions. Each time it happened to some sort of sniper in my squad. They would go prone, appear to scan the horizon, and be unable to move. I have also recently experienced my commander dying (several times last night). I don't know if it was because of them being squashed by vehicles or not.
