i also don't see any police lights on the hunter/suv

server gets stuck on loading mission file (downloaded ... out of ... ). reverted back to 3.1.0 although things are doubling up like paychecks and all gear, due to MySQL changes or something.

is 3.1.0 working fully? or we can have to manually edit anything? thanks EDIT: works great! :) one thing i've noticed is restrained civilians can still exit vehicles while restrained

cop shops and general store and firearm shops are broken, even with the hotfix

does this work for MP? along side with Altis LIFE, as i'd like ambient civilians

how do you open the file in editor? i keep getting "warning:file is read only" when opening file that i've extracted with pbo manager
