in two sessions i had an issue where after roughly two to 3 hours in a session i would be disconnected with the error code "session lost". There was no mention of ping and no other users were disconnected from the session. After looking through the server logs the only error i could fine was "Player without identity (my username) ID #########" both sessions were running a mission made by the same author but on different maps. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? i read on another forum post that this issue caused by the mission, if so how would one go about fixing this?

Hello i seem to be having an issue with the American Scopes (TA31RCO, M150) where the clothing clips in front of the scope making it difficult to aim. It seems to only happen with the m249 (i have tested the m16A4 as well) and only while the Bipod is deployed. The backup optic is not hindered by this bug. I looked on the previous pages and didn't see any reference to this issue but my apologies if this has already been answered.- 16574 replies

whenever i try to make a new trigger or copy an existing one it does not allow me to change the second field of the rigger. Any ideas on how to fix this? i have already tried editing the fields that i can and seeing if the option will open up after they are changed but no dice. anyone have a solution?

ATM Paradrop bad vehicle type error

the issue only happens if the person paradropping does not have a parachute. -
every time i paradrop in a mission i created it gives an error "bad vehicle type", it do not have the same issue with paradroping from vehicles such as helicopters.

Virtual Garage - possible to use as spawner like VVS?

This is extremely helpful, thanks. Is there a way to set which vehicle spawns when the virtual garage is opened and/or restrict the virtual garage so it can only spawn certain vehicles/ vehicle types? -
I have no radio transmit sounds. I started having the issue after i put custom radio sounds into the TS and mod folder. ( i did this by putting the radio-sounds folder into the TS plugins folder and the mod folder) I have deleted the custom radio sounds from the TS and mod folder along with the ones stored in C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\TS3Client\plugins. Any idea how to fix this? [side note, does anyone know how to install custom radio sounds properly? the installation instructions say in install it by writing over the default radio sounds folder in the team speak plugins but i did not see a radio-sounds folder there even when TFAR was working properly.]

hello guys i was thinking it would be pretty cool if somebody (maybe bohemia) could make a script to attach virtual garage to any object. for those of you that have not watched the marksman live stream the virtual garage is kind of like virtual arsenal for vehicles allowing you to place and customize vehicles, for more details look here http://www.twitch.tv/arma3official/b/633875336 Virtual garage comes in around 53:20. this would be really nice to have in an actual mission to spawn and customize vehicles with. obviously not the whole testing mission but the menu and interface. also would be nice if there were a way to specify factions.

its happened to me twice now. i load my arma like normal after doing nothing special and nothing with my game files then i start the game load it up and it says "welcome to arma 3" all my virtual arsenal loadouts have been deleted and my controls have been re mapped. anyone know how to fix this?

hmm possibly. the bright side of this is that my load outs are very organized now

thing is it only happens every month or so and i can't really disable all my mods for that long. also if i run as administrator i won't be able to use arma 3 sync which is how i run my mods.

yeah im running a bunch of mods.

whenever i try to launch arma without cba it gives me the following error and prevents me from getting past the initializing addons screen. include file x/cba/addons/main/script_macros.hpp not found. i can launch the game with just cba but i cannot disable it in expansions.

PLEASE add support for mrt Accessory functions. it makes it so that the magnifier on the g33 actually moves to cover the holo if you switch to the scope.

the LLM 001 ( i think that is the name) has an ir laser with it. you need mrt_accfncs to use it though

always loved the sights in this pack, my personal favorite is the eoteck g33. I've wanted animated magnifiers for LONG time and now they are finally here! :). my only suggestion is that you make the flashlight on the laser/light combo brighter, maybe make one that is as bright as the surefire, and maybe another that is the current brightness. also you are losing some of your users to other unnamed addons that have alot of the same sights and some extra ones. love your mod keep up the great work.

when i want to lower my weapon i try to double tap control but it does not do anything. i looked in the control bindings and lower weapon was set as double tap control. i was able to set it back to that key after changing it by double tapping control so obviously the actual key works just doesn't work when i want to lower my weapon. hey guys i I've got a range table for you. (this one works unlike my last one). this is for the trixie m107 with the lupold mk4 scope (sos and lrps scopes were one mill dot off at 1500 meters) before i give my results i want to thank howzcat for making an excellent mission called sniper range AGM on steam workshop, go ahead and download it if you want to make range tables for your own favorite rifles and scopes. here is the data (test was conducted with -4.00 wind (that is 4ms of wind moving in from the left.) at ranges from 300 to 1500 meters. 300 meters 1.3 up -0.3 to the side. 400 meters 2.5 up -0.3 to the side. 500 meters 3.3 up -0.5 to the side 600 meters 4.1 up -0.7 to the side 700 meters 5.2 up -0.9 to the side 800 meters 6.5 up -1.0 to the side 900 meters 8.0 up -1.2 to the side 1000 meters 9.4 up -1.4 to the side 1100 meters 11.0 up -1.6 to the side 1200 meters 12.9 up -1.8 to the side 1300 meters 14.7 up -2.1 to the side 1400 meters 16.8 up -2.3 to the side 1500 meters 18.8 up -2.5 to the side so there you go if you want to hit a target at the same distance but different wind strength you should be able to divide all the wind numbers by 4 ( the speed of the wind) then multiply that by the strength of the wind to the target. (have not tested this but it should work) remember that these wind number should work with headwind as well as crosswind. -

if you run an addon on a savegame then disable it and try to run the save game again it will not work. not sure if it will not work with different versions of the addons ---------- Post added at 16:42 ---------- Previous post was at 16:39 ---------- unfortunately i cant really do vanilla weapons because then i would have to account for things like angle to the target which i cant really measure and therefor can not adjust for. sorry i just learned this from a friend of mine on the dev team. -
