Problem: Arma 3 beta is loading with a distorted menu. The menu is so small, that it is virtually unreadable. The background scenery and music play appropriately. The menu can be activated but is illegibly small. Arma 2/DayZ works correctly, BTW.
System:
• Windows 7 SP1 64-bit with all updates (clean install Aug 2013)
• MSI Z87 Motherboard with all updates
• 32 GB Corsair CMZ32GX3M4X1866C10
• Intel 4770K liquid cooled @ 39 -40 degrees C
• Corsair AX1200i power supply
• EVGA GTX 690 (2-core GPU) running in multi-monitor (figure 2) or single monitor (figure 2) modes with latest drivers and updates from EVGA
• Two ASUS VG248QE 24-Inch LED screens through matching DVI cables at 1920 x 1080 resolution (recommended)
Resolution Efforts:
• Arma 3 completely uninstalled and reinstalled
• Game cache integrity verified
• Various flags/switches used after executable (for example):
 -noPause -maxmem=8192 -maxvram=4042 -cpucount=8 -exthreads=7 -nosplash -skipintr
 -noPause -maxmem=8192 -maxvram=4042 -cpucount=8 -exthreads=7 -nosplash -skipintr -X=1920 -y=1080
