Turtlebeach not working anymore on Arma 2 OA

My turtlebeach's chat stopped working yesterday when I downloaded ACR. I uninstalled everything and it still doesn't work. I verified my game cache and it says 1 file was missing everytime. It doesn't seem to be relocating this file and I was wondering how to do that. I already made sure it is my default recording device. That is not the problem. Please help me.
