This is a newly formed group centered around Co-op play in Arma 3. The intent behind the formation of this group is to provide a tight nit group of individuals who are focused on teamplay and getting the mission completed successfully. - Its also all about fun so there is no "Yes sir" type of gameplay - No one is above anyone else aside from taking directions regarding movements and such from your team leader This group will operate similar to an SASR squadron with missions ranging from hostage rescues to assassinations or reconnaissance missions. All focussed of intense action and tough challenges that require close teamplay to complete. Requirements = * Working mic {For communicating} * Over the age of 16 - Exceptions to this will be considered on a case by case basis. * Be committed to training and playing missions whenever you can - The specific details of this will have to be decided as the group progresses but will most likely be one training and one mission per week the days ofwhich can be discussed based on what suites people. As im sure you have read this is a new group and totally open to change as it grows and progresses so anyone who has anything to offer be it advice, skills like mission design or anything the group will be influenced and guided by WHAT ITS MEMBERS WANT! If this were to work for Arma 3 my opinion of it should be that it would be based around a mission with a set of numerous objectives varying in difficulty All teams are given the same equipment and position and are challenged to complete all of the tasks within a certain period of time (Reasonable time period not to rush people but to stop overly conservative play) and based on the number of objectives - side objectives - casualties sustained - time to nullify an objective - etc. the winner would be determined. In my opinion this encourages the teamplay and realistic tactics that arma as a game promotes but allows for a venue ofwhich competition can take place.

Hi there, I'm looking to setup or find a group of individuals who are interested in forming a tight nit team and doing co-op missions together ranging from assassinations to hostage rescues to patrols. I am not necessarily interested in leading or looking to head it up but will do so if im most capable, just want a bunch of guys who can get on for missions and maybe a training session or however we structure it to get some solid tactics and go hard at missions, Whilst still keeping a level of relaxed enjoyment although with using all tactics that are relevant - nothing stupid for pointless realism but solid callouts and communication as well as movement etc. If anyone is interested in discussing this further or joining let me know, For information on myself in 18 with a mic and experience in the game.
