  1. I won't write down any calculations here but our system is inspired by Elo rating system. Basically it works like this - if you're attacking player with lower VP amount and win you'll get less VP and he'll loose less VP. If the weaker player wins he'll get more VP and you'll loose more VP. It works the same way if you attack stronger opponents with more VP.

Similar but a little more complex system is used for alliances. In an alliance the VP score is calculated from VP scores of all members. But it's not a simple average score - highest rated players have more impact than the lowest ranking players in the alliance so there is no setback from welcoming new players and friends who just started playing the game into alliances.

  2. Hello skipped1! Have you connected your game with your Game Center (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account? If so, you can simply go through the tutorial part and after that open options menu and connect your game with your account again. It will ask you if you want to use your previous save or if you want to erase it and use the new base instead. Choose the old base and everything will return to your previously developed base.

Without connecting your game to one of the accounts mentioned above it's a more problematic. If you haven't linked your game with neither account, please send me a private message.

  3. Hello ftodesco! You can attack specific target by carefully placing your units but I assume you're talking about structures buried deep in the opponent's defense.

For eliminating the threat or at least reducing it you can use Support Operations from Operations Center building. Things like Artillery can target a specific location and do damage to structures there or if you need to destroy one specific structure you can use Smart Bomb to do a one precise hit. Alternatively don't forget to check if units you're using have some favourite targets because if they do, the'll attack these structures first before attacking anything else.

Feel free to ask about other subjects or more details, we'll be happy to answer.  :)

  4. Hello Floyd! You haven't asked anything uncomfortable - we appreciate all feedback from our players - we were just a little busy working on the update.  :)

Based on the previous feedback we adjusted the system for selecting opponents in PvP and while it proved to solve some of problems we encountered before it's still not perfect. I'm talking about the issue you and several other players reported above. For that reason we are currently adjusting it and the opponent selection should be more enjoyable very soon (hopefully it'll be done next week).

If you or players from your squad encounter any other issues feel free to let us know about them. Thanks to our players and their feedback we can improve the game further.  ;)

  5. Hello SgtCrunchy! We're working on some balancing and reworking some of the targeting for the next update, but I don't want to promise something without being 100% sure it's working much better. But generally speaking we'll do some fixes so the behaviour of units in battle is more reasonable. Stay tuned for more updates in upcoming days and weeks.  ;)

  6. I found some inconsistencies in my previous reply so here's the correct one. You can't use Engineers in Pillbox and while Pillboxes are vulnerable to flying units, Pillbox occupied by a Heavy Team can target them. Thanks to your question we also found out that ranking is not affecting Pillbox dps correctly and are working on a fix.  ;) Sorry for misleading answer.

  7. Hi Oliv! Pillboxes are tricky ones. You can use any soldier units to occupy them - Fire Team, Heavy Team, Recon or Engineers. Every unit gives the Pillbox a different power, type of attack and range. Recon has the highest range and units with higher rank are more powerful. Promoting units to a higher level also makes them stronger. However, Pillboxes have a weakness because they have a blind spot in their back and you have to rotate them properly. They deal the highest damage when the enemy is approaching from the front. If enemy units are approaching from sides the damage dealt is lower. Pillboxes are also weak against flying units because they can't target them. Hope this helps. ;)

  8. Hi Oliv! That's a nice use of corridors you have there. That's one of possible clever designs that could be used in our game and we're happy players are getting creative with building the base. We'll working on making adjustments to base more user-friendly.  :)

  9. Hello Robert! We're happy there are players enjoying our games.  :)

AA defense should be quite powerful against flying drones even if it's on a lower level. Don't forget that air units may be also targeted by Autocannons and Rocket Launchers.  ;)

Interesting suggestion with creating invites. We counted on players and friends to talk about the game and discuss creating or joining an Alliance but this could make the whole thing easier. We'll see if we can add this function in some reasonable way in future updates.

  10. Hello alainbo26! Both resources are used for upgrading specific buildings and fuel is also used on creating new or refreshing used units and for support operations (Artillery, Smart Bomb, etc.). There is use for both resources throughout the game for building and upgrading structures and walls or creating, refreshing and upgrading units and operations. Can you please explain more where you see the unbalance? Feel free to add suggestions and questions and we'll be happy to answer them.  :)

  11. Hello Oliv! Some units really choose their targets by what is closest to them. By that I mean that units are evaluating time needed to attack the structure. If there are walls that would take longer to destroy than getting to a nearest building unprotected by a wall, units will choose easier path and will attack the unprotected one. You also correctly pointed out that players can arrange bases in a way that units are going from one building to another while defensive structures are destroying them. It's exactly the situation where you can use Engineers.

Recon is a specific unit because they prioritise resource and special event buildings (Operation Planning, Railgun Tower, Drone Launchpad) and only after those buildings are destroyed or really very far will they attack other structures. But we're listening to feedback and some unit's behaviour may be slightly adjusted in future updates. ;) I hope my answer helps you and you'll enjoy playing the game.
