I think what you mean and this happened to me, I was certain I had a 500w psu when i actually had a 285psu i bought a new 550psu for 20 bucks or something and no problems other than my arma wont launch since 1.46. But the new psu fixed it

So far I did everything, cache is fine, battleye doesnt have an error, and my drivers are supposed to be updated. I keep using the Compatibility troubleshoot progarm and literally tried with all the windows service packs from window 95 to win7 and nothing happens, I used to run it with service pack3 but the update fucked it up. I'm thinking what if its a DX11 error ? I'll try to see that and is there a way to go back to 1.44 with some code or launch parameter I just want to see if it still works on that version. BTW all the posts I've made have 1 or 2 at the most answers thats BS wheres the community at ?

Now before starting this topic I gotta mention I'm frustrated I can't fix this, I've probably tried it all. I open the launche, click play and the arma 3 loggo appears loading, then yties to open the game and closes with no error messages, SINCE 1.46. before the update I played with no problems! I dont know if this helps but i got windows 8 because for some reason my pc wont let me upgrade to windows 8.1 or 10, I also opend the trobleshoot compatibility program and tested arma3.exe, nothing works and when I close it in additional problems tells me arma3 is not compatible. I made numerous treads on my problem since then and I've got little or no help at all, PLEASE HELP MEEE!!!! I'm also thinking of wipe my pc out and start fresh from the beginning but i think its a little bit too extreme for a stupid game i bought!!! BTW I had avas antivirus but erased it and changed to AVG, Idk maybe might help. Im desperateeeee!!!

Help please ? Its just stupid the time I havent been able to play arma. ran out of options to try to solve it and wont work, now i kinda think its fair bohemia fixes this shit!!! or at least give me my money back!!!

I've tried that with mods and no mods, the arma logo loading appears and then the game shuts down. Unless I haven't disabled the mods the right way ?

The thing is that I cant even get the launcher to start, I really really want to play arma, haven't played for 3-4 days. I want my money back xD

Since the update won't launch, and the hotfix didn't fix it for me. I get no error or anything, I ran a troubleshoot compatibility test for battleye, arma3.exe, arma3launcher.exe and nothing fixed it. At the end It always tell me the program is incompatible. WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT!!!!

And do I chek whats overheating if so and is theres a way to fix it ? or buy better fans ?

Not sure if this should be in troubleshooting but anyways, When I bought arma it was great, after the 2nd week something unusual happened :confused: I was playing Altis life and my pc suddenly shutsdown. I don't really remember if that happened again that day, because It was a while back ago. Now on I can't play any multiplayer server cause in the wors case my Pc shutsdown in 5-10 minutes, little times I get to play more. I've tries everything, since redownloading the game, to general pc fixes. Nothing had worked, I've even made research on overclocking, and still dont know how to overclock, and If I overclocked my Pc by accident or I should overclock it ? This is really annoying, I can't play. I don't think it shutsdown my pc when I play singleplayer. I just haven't played as much. My specs : AMD Fx4100 quadcore, 8gb Ram, Radeon HD 6670 360MHz PD: at first I tought it was the power sometimes low voltage and sometimes high voltage, Im not sure if that influences. Then I tought It was overheating, and I dont know how to chek if its overheating but sometimes is not as hot when it shutsdown. PLEASE HELP ME
