Hi, I bought Arma 3 a couple days ago and I am enjoying it so far.
However, I have a problem with the game that is really, really annoying.
I get random, temporary periods where the game locks up for about 3-4 seconds. I am pretty sure its not a matter of performance, because my actual FPS is solid. (I get 30-40fps at most times on a mixture of ultra/low settings, turning settings up actually improves my performance because my CPU isn't exactly the best for Arma. Obviously my FPS drops in multiplayer but I can still comfortably play with my fps as low as about 28, that doesn't bother me.)
The freezes occur in singleplayer AND multiplayer, regardless of what is happening on screen. I suspect it is something to to with AI/units spawning, because it still happens when I put all settings on low (which yields only 1-2 higher fps, and more erratic performance. I actually get a lower average FPS)
