I am attempting to set up a vanilla arma 3 server on my windows 10 desktop. I have followed this guide. https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3_Dedicated_Server#Instructions_.28Windows_o.2Fs.29 When I launch my server, this is the error I receive: Warning: preNLOD format in object a3\data_f\tetrahedron.p3d Here is a link to the image of the window that gives me this error: http://imgur.com/a/x2t0S Please note that this error occurs after arma 3 creates the dedicated host. I was able to solve my problem by reinstalling the arma 3 server completely. I used this guide instead. I am not suggesting that the first guide I followed is incorrect or caused my problem. Thank you terox.

When launching my server, I recieve this error: arma3server.exe Application Error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click okay to close the application." I started getting this error after adding X3DAudio1_7.dll to my server's directory. Before I added this dll. I would get an application error requesting I install it. Any Ideas how I can fix this? Thank's for the quick reply austin! control x works perfectly for my needs. I do have an FN key, but the keyboard I bought has very little English instructions and I am suprised I even figured out how to switch it from wired, to bluetooth mode. (turned out to be FN + Win then FN + Tab) most people return the keyboard, because they don't know how to set it up. https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=1427This is the keyboard I have, maybe someone else who has the same one could tell me how they use it. :)

While this seems like a simple question, I have just purchased a %60 mechanical keyboard which does not include a "delete" key. I have looked through the bindings in arma 3, but I don't see any option remacro the delete key.

Hi. I love the game. Mini Dayz is lots of fun. I just don't know what to do when it gets dark! I can't see well, eventually my headlamp, fire, or flare all run out and then I am left in the dark. I usually walk right into zombies or bandits and night and there isn't much I can do about it. My current strategy is to stay in a house for the entire night and hope I have enough food and drink to get me through until morning. Is this how you are supposed to play? Anyone have some tips for playing/searching around at night?

Exactly what I have been doing. The only difference is, when playing minecraft, you eventually are able to escape that cycle. Here, I am not sure if that is possible.

Depending on what server your on, server hosts usually set it so you can only get into a helicopter if you selected the pilot class in the lobby. Any other class will be kicked out when trying to get in. The reason why you can't find an answer to your problem is because problems like that are rules set by the server host and can be altered at any time. As to how to fly really try to practice in the single player showcase "helicopters". A few tips, try to use the arrow keys not your mouse (unless your in auto hover) and when flying if you cant seem to control the heli at any point quickly double tap shift to enable auto hover. It should set you straight. Hope that answers your question.

As of the time of this post I have not seen anything hinting towards bipods being added to arma 3. One huge reason being the primary weapon slot in the inventory does not have an open section for bipods to even be placed into as an attachment. Of course this is changeable, however, it is not a reality yet. Secondly, some guns such as the LMG's have bipods already attached which are just purely ascetic. Just some things to think about.
