Great news on Eden editor BIS. Now to my question. Will it be possible to place units eg. In fortified prone positions and export the totality of units and objects they are using for cover into a script format for use later using Eden? Something similar to arsenal exporting today. The precise placement is fantastic in the Editor but I want to be able to spawn precisely in my missions as well. Thanks and keep up the good work.

MAJOR MP Update. Just updated the mission to use the Revive system used in Endgame Mode. The mission just got better folks! Oh and now up to 8 players can take on the East. Addressing two more of the biggest complaints this mission has received in the past. 1. KillShot Cam takes you out of the game for too long. The effect is cool but even though player is not vulnerable during cam, it takes away situational awareness. Well now it is very fast. 2. Sniper bullet cam goes on for too long. When the bullet ricochets off a surface player was stuck waiting for bullet to stop. Not any more. Here is a quick video showing both enhancements. (Thanks Mikey74 for tip on bullet speed.) -
quickdagger, great job on these scopes. I didn't know what I was missing. This clearly makes the Marksman piece of the game shine. Since the latest update I now get a missing ace_common pbo error when I load Arma 3 or try to load a saved game. Is ACE 3 a dependency now? Answered my own question. Its on first post. I guess its always been... :)

Hahaha. The goal to see Aussie Peel functional and effective in Arma is infectious isn't it. I am going to have to take the new C2 out for a spin. Watched the entire video as well and C2 is packing a ton of features. I think C2 could be the ultimate AI management interface. Eventually these things will become native to Arma like weapon resting, ai suppression, etc did. At least thats the hope. You just gotta add that feature demo Zapat showed where he drew a line and soldiers moved and used formation based on the libe drawn.....with permission/collaboration of course. Keep up the good work. The A.I.M Team supports the cause. -

Another way troops are brought into the fight in latest version: Keep in mind each asset can always be neutralized by the East firepower. Don't be suprised if the CJ130 gets intercepted by an SU25. As always...enjoy and spread the word. -

Also for the future you should use -showerrors parameter in Arma startup so you can catch the error as soon as it happens. Most at least. Also, hints are your friend when testing. Return your variables often. They may not be what you think they should be. Good luck with the mission. -

So what's new in West to East dynamic battles? 1. Introduced a new PMC faction aligned with the Armed forces of the Russian Federation. Does not require any other mods. PMC guys roll with the army so while Army dudes operate the assault boat and the heavy guns for example, these guys can't wait to get on land so they can hunt you down. Oh and they are not limited in the kinds of weapons they carry. 2. Dual heli insertion and heli CAS. You never know what you might get. Before I fixed this: -

The helicopter sound was coming from a real helicopter nearby. It lingered around longer than I thought it would when I hit record. He was dropping off some troops on the hill.
