  1. Bug: there is a delay with the weapons' sound on first shot. you hear the trigger then you hear the sound of the blow. very annoying.

     

    @ineptaphid: play the "sma exibition showcase mission" under showcase. there is a shooting range where you can test the weapons. it shows distance and speed of the bullet. you can also activate live-targets (scrollmouse on loudspeaker pole). shoot at the soldiers and it shows you the damage you made with your shot.

    Hey yea i noticed this also very annoying i have been trying to fix for a while. I think i have fixed it now. Should be better in next update

     

     

     

    I've noticed the grenade launchers for the 416 & the Scar's aren't accurate. I was wondering if this can be fixed. Aside from that I really enjoy this mod, and would like to get my unit to adapt it into our repo. Unfortunately with the grenade launchers being inaccurate it ends up being a no go.

    So to say they are inaccurate is a bit of a stretch i think as i tested this out many times at the SMA range and seems to me that they are all accurate all the way out to 400m from there it gets a little difficult as the effective range is 300. The only GL that may have issues for some people would be the HK416 as it uses the old flip up sight. It still works fine but is not as easy. Set your range then place the 100m or 200m or 300m makings at the feet of your target and splat Minced baddies.

    I may change this in the future but from now on i will be using the RDS for sights on the GL variants.

    Hi so the 316 special Long range ammo is only for use in Sniper rifles with larger barrel length than these battle rifles have so it has been taken out until we finish our Sniper Rifles.  The invisible pics is odd though i may have left some code in there. ill look into it..

    This mod simply overhauls the way Incoming rounds sound during a fire fight.
    It overhauls not just 1 base sound but all distances from every different ammo class so the immersion is much improved from vanilla.

    556, 762, 9mm, 6.5 ect ect  all have unique sounds.
    The shots that fly close to you will be completely different to the shots you hear from a distance.
    Hopefully this mod will have you ducking for cover when you have incoming rounds.
    I made this mod a while ago and had only been using it for ourselves to create much more nail biting moments in missions when in a firefight. It has been working really well and thought it was time to release for you all to enjoy.

  4. Odd considering CBA and ASDG_JR, are both mods i was running, and was able to attach a suppressor and sight to the AAC.

     

    EDIT: CRITICISM TIME!!!

     

    Can't attach Marksman DLC Scopes to guns.

    No problem its not you guys its a minor code error in the weapon box... already fixed on my end and we will send through a hotfix in a few days.

     

    In the mean time you will find that the suppressors for the 300 blackout AAC are compatible just need to use the ASOR gear selector or vas and should work fine its just the SMA Box that has the drama..

     

    The Marksman DLC optics do work on our weapons im guessing there is a ASDG joint rails conflict as Lecks was talking about. Check to see if ASDG is not conflicting as the new CBA has it built in.

  5. Agh.....sorry Jeza....hadn't watched your video. Anyways I thought I'd report it. I'm loving the ACC! I was hoping to see the Mk18 in this release (kept seeing it in the ASOR YT videos), but it's all good....I'm grateful for this update, it's been worth the wait.

    The MK18 and AR15 had been set back as we where not finished with the model, we are however working on it now and will release these two weapons before V2.5 along with any fixes..

    Well how about i just keep the Remington ACR a surprise for you all on release along with a couple others?

    Hint: The remington is slightly different to the magpul version.

     

    The first question about the ARs . ..   well some of the ARs that we are doing in V2 still need some work but this first half of the release has a real mixed bag of weapons so ARs ,bull pup variations, Optics and ........................... other Stuff...

  8. waiting for this update i feel like a junkie waiting for his next hit lol. can you confirm if the Thales F90 is going to be released with v2 and if so will it have the green stock and tan barrel camo?

    Yes mate F90 thales will be done in both Black and green\tan.. im excited about this one. The model is 98% done Jack and myself will go over it with a fine tooth comb and finish modelling the Under barrel GL for it after we release the first part of V2.

    I was going to do a hotfix but with the amount of changes we have done and closing in on the first release of V2 i thought we might wait till v2 release insted of hitting you with two downloads close together.

    The lmgs for v2 in sma have been put back for a bit as the team member working on this is busy with RL for some time. Model is done for one so we will texture it in due time.

    ACR is currently being done and once she is will be ready for release.

    I'll just ask you guys to hold out on the bipod compatability for a little. Also need bi to fix an issue we made a tracker for regarding hasBipod cmd not working.

    Will be sorted soon
