Arma 2 OA 1.60 patch Virus (Win32 Evo Gen)

Hi, I've been trying to install and updated arma 2 recently and when I extract the update patch, Avast pops up and warns me of a Win32 Evo Gen virus. This is quite recent and I do not believe Avast is pulling jokes with me because a few days ago before I did a system reformat and updated, this warning did NOT show up. I'm simply just putting this out there for someone to check out what I mean and I hope this gets fixed soon! Thank you.
