To put my percpective in, the amount of weight should effect everything, the blur,harder breathing,etc. Running with weight will slow your top speed in real life drastically.

Ever since Arma2 I've became an Armaholic, however im not sure Arma 3 will run on my new computer, thanks Bohemia Interactive for making such great games!
