ArmA 2: PMC causes my Operation Arrowhead to Crash on Startup!

I have ArmA 2 and Operation Arrowhead installed via Steam, and I decided to pick up the PMC DLC yesterday while it was on sale through GameFly. When I installed it, and every time I've re installed it, it breaks my Operation Arrowhead. If I have PMC installed, the game starts with a black screen, and then closes about 30 seconds later. Anyone know a fix?
