    @A3MP - ArmA 3 Map Pack

    hey everyone. I'm having an issue with ...well all of the textures it seems that are native to anything but arma3 I get lots of little error messages, and buildings in A2 maps just don't show up Addon 'IND_dopravnik' requires addon 'CABuildings2' Cannot load texture ca\chernarus\data\cr_travel_mco.paa Cannot load texture ca\buildings\data\hlinasterk.pac Cannot open object ca\buildings2\ind_garage01\ind_garage01.p3d ----- Thoughts on how to fix this.   2. Hey everyone. Had a frustrating day of attempting to get ACRE working on dedicated server that I manage. ACRE was working fine a week ago until I foolishly added more mods and took out a few....but not touching ACRE. Once I realized it didn't work I started removing all the mods I'd added and went back to my prior configuration but it still won't work. If I host a game on my local machine instead of dedi server ACRE works fine. We all get 'Acre is Connected' on teamspeak, we're all running as admin..... Something is wrong with the server settings and I'm not sure how to troubleshoot further. We host our own TeamSpeak and its version is 3.0.10 The server launcher is TADST version 2.4 and we run it as admin We do have JayArma2lib and Jayarma3 lib (just in case, and they do not work one at a time or both) I just spent a frustrating amount of time today trying to get this to work. Im sure more information is required so as to get this to work/troubleshoot this, I'll list our current mods below ACRE CBA cTAB FFISv1.25 JSRS2.0 MCC Sandbox NATO_Russian_SF_Weapons v1.0 SOCOM_DEVGRU_A3_v 1.1 SUPER_flash TMR TMR_jsrs Thanks to ANYONE that can help me I'd be really grateful.   4. Beauty of my job, we play games during lunch and after hours, most of us play quick call of duty on our lunch breaks together for some quick fun. I stay after work later than most to avoid traffic....I get to play Arma 3 when time permits :)...so I'll build missions and stuff during the week and play them with friends on the weekend :D
  5. If anyone is interested in knowing what was wrong.... my work uses folder redirection for My Documents, it was having all our files pushed to a server. I changed the registry manually HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders I changed the "Personal" key to point to "C:\Users\%UserName%\Documents" All works perfectly now!!!
  6. Yes I have been running in Administrator mode. Interestingly enough when I load the game Arma 3 does its 'welcome to Arma 3' message, like its the first time I'm starting the program....everytime, not a clue why this machine I'm on is having this issue
  7. Hey everyone. I'm having some trouble here I cannot load scenarios on my machine, if I select a mission, say from the steam workshop, it will load download the mission with the progress bar, but then just do nothing and sit at the scenario selection screen. In addition. The only thing I can load is a showcase, of which when I try and save and quit, it saves but then goes right back into the mission. Leaving with the only way to leave a mission is to force quit the game. Editor seems to work fine, I've attempted to run this in Administrator in case it would make a difference. I've deleted local content and re-installed the game. ---edit--- I'm unable to save missions in editor either. Thanks in advance for the help. D A N DXDIAG http://pastebin.com/2XnTTU5E
  8. Good afternoon, Per recommendations I'm using the Play withSix launcher and having this mod installed. I'm using current DevBranch Arma3Beta I get script error upon script error though, to the point of unplayable because of the text. Being new to MCC I can't tell what isn't working, however spawning a fireteam of enemies does work as well as other basic tasks. The main one I get is '...tsl - []; _targets2 = []; { if (!isnull |#|_x && alive _x && !captive _x ) then { File mcc_sandbox_mod\scripts\Init_UPSMON.sqf, line 328 ...' Error Undefined variable in expression: _x Thanks for the help in advance ---secondly---- OK I got it working manually, but the Play with Six issue remains...just FYI :)
  9. Hi everyone. I am trying to come up with a way to trigger a specific game logic on the map. I have searched far and wide and the answer seems to be that you should just put the game logic script you want to run in the ON Acct for the trigger. This is just not what I want. I want to trigger a specific game logic on the map. What I'm doing with it: I am making a map that basically when oppfor present in a large radius, a task is created to kill the enemies. When oppfor is not present in a large radius, the task is completed. This gives me confirmation all enemies have been dispatched. Upon that trigger firing, I am setting a cooldown timer that I eventually want to fire game logic. This game logic will activate a nice script that will spawn enemies in a specific area and range yada yada. The reason I am wanting to use game logic is for the placement radius function in the game logic. In firing this game logic it will again trigger the OPPFOR present and initiate the task to kill the enemies. It will be an endless cylce. I am hoping basically that OPPFOR not present trigger can fire "LOGIC1" or whatever I've named it. I'm just having trouble coming up with the right function.   10. What a great mod! Thanks for all the hard work thats gone into this. My question, I'm hoping would be easy. Right now I know there is a disable arma3 content PBO file that I know you can remove so you can use A3 items etc. I'm looking for the opposite. I'm wondering if there is a way to disable the early arma version soldiers and items and only run on arma 3 units and weapons. Right now I'm ok and enjoying just having the stock items in 3. ....I know this seems counter productive, but what I'm really interested in is just the extra maps. One day I know this mod will be more stable so you don't have to worry about the mix between 2 & 3. This to me so far has been the easiest way of adding maps. I've been getting regular CTD when I use the editor and add items into one of the older maps, I'm wondering if this will help that. Does anyone have a solution for what I'm looking for? It would be great to be able to have a way to just like you would remove the PBO to use arma 3 units....do the same just for a stability platform to enjoy arma 3 items and soldiers on older maps.
