Bought the game From Game stop PC App haveing all kinds of problems

I Bought the game threw GAME stop PC APP and I cant put in the CD key I was given and I cant get the installer to work. I keep getting bad CD key was given and it crashes game can some one please help me out or send me a full installer for game Please
