CalamityUSSOCOM, it's coming, I just have bunch of other stuff to do. I'll try posting some low poly models this week. I think I'll skip Squad support version for now. Good now for everyone hoping to see WIP version of this: I will be definitely releasing a WIP once normals maps are baked. I'll make plain textures, focusing on material definition first. In final release textures will have more definition and surface detail. -
'Sup guys? This is another thing that I am working on, I created Micro tavor model long time ago, but nobody really used it because I didn't have a time to texture it and it was dropped from Project Reality mod which it was originally made for. Is was a really nice model (even if it was created 4 years ago) so I decided to make it hi poly, bake normal maps and release it for arma. As high as possible/needed. I expect polycount to be around 11k for a weapons with attachments, with LODs at 66% and 33% I'm texturing in 2048x2048 resolution since forever, this is what you can expect here too. Most "problematic" part will be deciding what parts to group on texture sheets, so I don't end up with 250mb of texture data for single model, but I also need to make it efficient for customization, like changing stocks and handguards. That's always very nice to hear man. You need to start working on those rounded shapes, but overall it looks very nice for being one of your first weapon models. Roger that, I completely understand that, it does good job fighting off any spam that's for sure. Definitely appreciate your job here. -

Few of you were asking for the M249 I got in the portfolio, but I'll have to check the license if I can release it to public. > Are you intending to implement the side-mounted "Docter"-type micro red dot sight in the first Rifle image? I'm working closely with Robert Hammer, which all of you guys know, I'll check technical details with him, thanks for heads up. > could we get the rifle and maybe even the carbine or SPR versions in 6.5mm SPR version is currently 7.62, carbine is 5.56, but 6.5 length is very close to 5.56, then it's just a matter of weapon config, no changes needed to the model. -

Hi community, let me quickly introduce myself I'm Tom Jay, professional game artists doing modding in free time. This is my large personal project which I'll be releasing for various games, mainly Arma 3. Goal of this project is to create customized M16 platform for every major role in-game.
