    Fortified for free until June 8th on Steam

     

    Fortified is an explosive strategy shooter where players will defend the Earth against a menacing Martian invasion in the 1950s. Play as one-of-four pulp inspired heroes as they fight swarms of terrifying robots with an arsenal of Cold War era weapons and experimental technology. Protect the city by building a network of defensive structures, commanding an army, and jumping into battle against dangerous sky scraping attackers. Fight for Earth alone or with up to four players for the ultimate co-op defense experience.
     

    • Genre-Bending Gameplay – Fortified combines third-person shooter, real-time strategy, and tower defense mechanics in an exciting new way!

    • Four-Player Co-Op – It can be difficult to face the Martian machines alone. Fortified offers diverse co-op gameplay that requires team coordination and strategy. There’s power in numbers, but victory only comes to those who work together.

    You don't have to do anything, you and your PC are fine.

    The term hacker is wrong, they're script kids or skiddies, they run some cheats because they suck at life and spoil your game, they can't cause you any harm, simply change server and they're gone.

    Can I also say that I find it ever so cute the special titles you life lot give yourselves, teenage boys calling themselves senior project managers and shit, makes me chuckle everytime I read these threads.

    So I have upped the quality in my satellite image. Before this my sat was 9 MB. Now it is 470 MB. I have tried several times importing it into TB but 1) it takes several hours 2) it freezes or just doesn't import. Of course, the issue is probably the size.

     

    So my question is this: what do you guys do when importing sat img's to TB? Split it up into 1-4 pieces? Reduce the quality/file size?

     

    My guess is you're using .png ? the slowest of all format imports, it'll work but it'll take several hours.

    Try the same image as .bmp, you'll see it imports in seconds, it'll do as you work on the project, you can always go back to .png before release.
