Everytime I launch Arma 2 or any of it's expansions as well as the Arma 3 alpha, it gives me an error saying the XAudio2_4 and XAudio2_6 in my system32 are bad images and the game will launch with no sound. I have tried redownloading both of these files and replacing them with pure versions from trusted sources via the internet, but the same error still occurs regardless. I have tried googling it and finding fixes which mostly involve crap 'dll fixers' that don't actually work. Any possible fixes that I can try? I will be keeping a close eye on this thread so please feel free to ask me additional questions if you believe you can help me. Edit: I have decided to copy in the error code. DXSETUP.exe - Bad Image C:\\Windows\system32\XAudio2_4.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. This code pops up when ever I launch Arma 3 after Steam tries to install DirectX (which it does everytime because of this error), it pops up a second time with XAudio2_6.dll instead of 2_4.
