Tried both of these but sadly no luck, however I noticed when I tried with "-skipIntro -nosplash -world=empty" my computer delayed a second or so before giving me the error message (usually it's instant)

Hi, just the other day my friend gifted me ARMA 3 Alpha Lite so that I could try out how the game run's before I pre-purchased it. I'm running on a lower and PC/high end laptop and despite being able to run the Alpha "on paper" I wanted to test it before I invested. So after I installed the lite version, I instantly tried running it however, the game failed to start. The game it'self didn't even load up, I was almost instantly greeted by a windows "ArmA 3 Alpha Lite has stopped working" message. I also re-installed the game. Was wondering if anyone else has ran into this problem and knows how to solve it? Thanks in advance.
