I know when you go onto a server with 100+ ping the FPS slowly drops with the more people joining, is this a fix for that also?

I have already been in a server with an Arma 3 Alpha hacker, I don't get why people purchase the game then instantly go on the hacking it, I have known people to repurchase Arma after being banned for hacking. I believe that the new movement when aiming in on the gun is a true godsend, thank you for adding this in Bohemia. I am currently also a small youtuber with almost one thousand subscribers working on an Arma 3 channel and I released a video that showed many aspects of combat, it was me and my brother finishing up the "Escape Statris" mission which I would really love to share with the Arma 3 community! I am loving the new movement of the guns while aiming in on Arma 3, it makes it feel easier to play along with adding a bit more fun. Unlike in Arma 2 where the guns swayed around! Thanks Bohemia! Happy Gaming! Sam-
