  1. While so many aspects of warfare have been addressed by BIS since initial release; I truly believe that a Naval expansion would be well received by the community at large. I'm no naval enthusiast myself but after 4,000 hours and counting in-game on Arma 3, it [for the most part] seems that all the hard work and amazing accomplishment of the aquatic atmosphere has gone un-used. except for the rare user-made ''Navy seal type" SDV insertion missionsand the aquatic showcase. In my opinion, one big reason for this is that in Arma3, Aquatic=slow gameplay. There are many many futuristic examples of ships,submarines that are currently being previewed and tested by many nations so i do believe it could be greatly expanded upon within a 2035 setting. I understand that the primary focus of Arma is Infantry Combat simulation but seeing the last few expansions i also am seeing that Bohemia is not only willing but seemingly enthusiastic about taking on the challenge of expanding the content of other aspects of future warfare. I'm curious as to what community members and BIS devs think of this ideal, please weigh in.


  2. Is there a fix yet for the AC-13- gunship camera being ''frozen'' to the outside of the fuselage? when i attempt to apply autopilot and enter the gunners/camera positions all i can see is a closeup of the outside of the fuselage. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Seems like this particular aircraft would be an ideal cantidate for a 'standalone' release has this been considered? *Note* will update with screenshots


  3. could an infinite ammo script be included with the 'invinsibility' option, as during large missions i make i like to play through myself several times and either returning to base every 5 min. to re-arm or tp back to base to grab more mags is an awfully large waste of time when testing missions with large enemy count. Thank You for this most useful tool


  4. Fantastic mission testing tool and very complimentary when used with [let's say...] FHQ's debugging tools. Almost makes up a mission design suite of sorts from which to make testing and rigging your mission a short but sweet task.

    To the developer: What would be the feasibility of adding a utility to this tool that could relay any classname for a selected item? For anyone to easily build documentation of all the classnames of objects they use and addons they prefer.

  5. For a series that obviously has 100's of 1000's of community made addons, I find it terrible frustrating that there has not been a more efficient way of handling them. As a Base Modset I usually run around 15-20 community made addons, and even when narrowing it down to the ones created by veteran scripters/addon artists the game simply can't handle it, it seems and when you call on the game to access them it gets ''tripped up'' and crashes religiously. I mean c'mon man,,, these aren't unwelcomed ''hacks'' their addon pbo's, same structure as the vanilla ''addons'' that come with the game. **Makes no damn sense to me**


  6. Hey Peral,

    Respect for your work but i got a problem with the GPS/INS JDAM system may im to dumb for it but if i set a position of the GPS/INS system there is nothing to lock with the GBU38 and the map on the MFCD is cool but does not show everytime the right position and the biggest problem is i cant start the Machine.

    There is supposedly a toggle switch for the interactive controls on/off, in the options screen of the service menu. I cannot find it in the version I downloaded from Armaholic. If you or anyone is experiencing this plz let me know.


  7. Just a thought with the units, would you be able to have them as a optional mod, because my community uses this mod for the aircraft, and we would prefer to have a smaller download because we do not need the units.

    I think some other people would agree with me on this.

    **I'm pretty sure they will be contained in seprate pbo's as is the rest of the addons... so yeah :icon_rolleyes:


  8. For anyone interested in the topic of this thread "I need More ammo for practice and dont like to re-arm/land. Is there a proficient way to achieve this?" I just wanted to add another function that will work with vehicles & infantrymen alike...

  9. this is an awesome creation man!!! Way to really think outside of the box. any resources you could provide on the way its done would be awesome to share, would love to try my own hand at it and see what other community members come up with.

    Can these be made within photoshop?

    Do you think there is anything a little more 'fancy' you could do with the gunner LOS indicator on the HUD? You know,,, the little box at the bottom of the IHADDS with the ball in it that shows where the gunner's interests are? and if you have any ideas about possibly adding some audible warnings to vanilla and/or the A2 ported helis Iwould love to contribute.


  11. Loved *-* ( will you guys consider not only making just Soar choppers, but some US transport choppers in general? like: Venom, or sea-hawk? these are some gorgeous choppers as well)

    I'd say these guys have their hands quite full on ensuring a AAA release of the huge projects already included. Check other threads I believe there are already artists and authors working on these things. And if not... Now could be YOUR shot! :D


  12. please focus on the medical system. I am in a 30 member community meeting right now, and we would love nothing more to be able to use the AGM med sys. but it supposdly messes with farooqs revive.. Is the mod stable enough to be confident for us to remove farooqs revive and use AGM only? Thank you so much for this!!!! You have brought this whole community a wonderful gift.


  13. I mean really, the big issue here is with the orbital marking/setting/locking functionality. The current aircraft functions as advertised and serves it's intended purpose quite well. A simple way to solve these guys' single player gunner preferences is to just add a ''manual fire'' option in the TV operators seat that would allow that person to cycle through the weapons and only the reticle change in correlation with each weapons. The largest issue I see with it though is the Orbit. What are you thinking on that topic fullerpj?
