  1. If you are really wanting to have the ability to spawn all of the USAF assets in-game download and use MCC. The mcc 3d editor function alows you to spawn everything in and set all presets and even edit init line. If you will not use MCC and insist on trying to use zeus,,, you will find all available USAF aircrafts under the 'empty' (yellow shape) section.

    Fighters are nimble and agile in the sky, but sure have problems making those ferrari turns when taxi'ing :bounce3:

    Firewill; would you consider softening up the rudder pedals for the next update? It is very dificult to acquire targets when needing to line up with them for dumg munitions or gun runs, she seems to fight me to much. Thanks for the bird, flying her now, just wanted to take a little alt+tab out to see your thoughts on this.

I may be seriously damaging my reception here by seemingly making this comparison, but; I have recently been playing quite a bit of the Breaking Point mod with a new group of friends and was in awe so see that those developers had added VFG's , AFG's, and even cheek rests as interchangeable attatchments that all make noticeable improvements in their own way to the afected firearm. how they did it??? I have no clue. all i know is you can find different forehand grip attatch,ents and marksmen cheek rests that all uniquely adjust recoil coEfficient and sway values in their own way. DeathlyRage is the project lead developer if you have any interests in asking more about it. I see ppl all over requesting this type of features, it's just another ''hole'' in immersion that we are left thirsting for. Thank You for the B2's and MK18's man, Been packing the rifles from this set of assetts for a very long time now,, just as beautiful and adored today as they were 2 years ago when they dropped. ♥JSOC


  4. A very effective and easily made feature is the cure for finding the middle ground between player controlled loadouts, and A.I. controlled presets. It appears that the USAF assets service menu's were influenced heavily or adapted from johnSpartan and Saul's FA/18 misslebox system. They too ran into this "kache 22" and their resolution was to create the editor placed modules that [after synced to the intended aircraft] allow for the loadout to be customized as the mission creator wishes from the jump, and allowed for any combination one would see fit to equip his A.I aircraft with. I believe if you decide to do something like this, that would be sufficient to solve the aforementioned grievances. However.... if you decide on another fix/workaround; i'm sure it will be favorable and a well functioning fix to the dispute all the same. :)


  5. Osprey bugs i found:

    -bulletproof cockpit

    -can't be locked with ground AA rockets

    -should to have radar when it is locked with rockets

    -explode when someone is inside plane, but just standing(not sitting on bench) on floor - when moving plane.

    Would be awesome if you could limit all those scroll options i C-17 only for people that are sitting in cockpit. Right now if you take platoon of infrantry, everyone can start droping anything....and seccond thing i had problem to start paradrop with infrantry

    sorry this (?) has taken so long but I have been thoroughly having "our special time" with each individual airframe in the set (starting with the masterfully created fighters)-- But tonight I had some quality alone time with that beastly behemoth of an AC-130 Spectre Gunship ya'll made, and was wanting to ask if the cannons damage and dispersion values have been verified by your config authors and currently exists "as intended". I seemed to have issues taking out a pair of infantrymen with the 25mm and [forgive my ignorance and laziness] "the middle one" I had executed a standard unlimited ammo script through the in-game debug panel and was unable to eradicate them from the tower they were perched up in.

    I believe what he is saying (in other words) Is that RHS[uSAF & AFRF) are not just a weapons pack or "re-tex" of vanilla units or something. RHS is in-fact in and of itself a standalone mod. just because an Arma creation doesn't involve zombies or mine-crafting does not mean that it is a novel compilation of assets to be aplied to said zombie, mine-crafting filled mission. RHS is a true, full, modification. Attempting to add any/all of it's contents to another full modification for public display would most probably be in direct violation of the content creators license for use (presumably for both mods) you can't just go chopping up peoples work and playing Dr. Frankenstein and trying to splice it into another persons work!!! I'm not trying to be rude(:lecture: ) but from now on when you download someones work that they have selflessly contributed to this community after gigaHours of pain stackingly hard work..... take a quick second to read the included literature that details the conditions of it's use and application.

    I originally was wanting to swing by to ask you guys if (with the new BIS marksman DLC) is it possible to manipulate recoil values to have different adjustments for weapons with grip pods, AFG'S VFG's? Also are recoil coefficients adjusted by a universal value for all weapons when alternating between different stances or are those values set per weapon, per stance?

    Your hard work is greatly appreciated and enjoyed immensely. Thank You for bringing so many missing puzzle pieces back to the board! Look forward to watching this project mature and progress even further!!!

  7. this utility has saved me an immense amount of time and has increased my scripting education my huge leaps and bounds!!!!! There are many tools and options that have allowed me to test and try things on the fly that would of normally forced me to save-exit-work-reload-test ,, the sequence goes on and on!!! with this, i can type-paste-try-done!

    and as a note to the insecure newbie server owners out there that are critical of this utility,,, hackers do not used publicly made utilities to inject script! In the real world, battleeye had any asects of this thing that could cause damage added to their database the day it was released. If you want to hack a server... well, i won't get into that. But using this is not going to do it, unless a server has no protection and at that point a simple script can be written to allow acces to the built in debug console and packed into a pbo that will do anything this tool will do as far as injecting script,, which is anything needed to do in the game. to the developer: Please continue to update and suppoet this utility as it is a huge help to adon/mission makers and script designers, Thank You

  8. Firewill; you are a modification making machine brother!!!! Thank You for sharing all of your hard work and freeing up even more aspects of the Arma sandbox experience!!! Would it be acceptable for someone to write a config workaround for the AWS system to be used on current aircrafts to be released by itself or is that something one would need to ask permission from other mod makers to get approval? Also with the way this is written,,, would that idea even be posssible?

    I cannot reproduce this report on the AC-130 - make sure you are using the newest version of the mod only (if you still have the old hotfix or config file active it will probably cause some issues)

    The weapon aiming angles are accurate. a 20 foot cannon sticking out the left side of an airplane, that is cocked at a 45 degree angle is not going to be able to freely in all directions (it's not a satellite weapon)

    Please clarify which bombs you are trying to lock with the GPS/INS system, and maybe research which bomb types are able to use that system to lock on target

    B2 fuel isue has been reported and been fixed


  10. also I saw a few pages back where someone was reporting the F-35 having an insanely high volume of engine noise. Apparentyl this feature as well is a product of the USAF teams keen eye for ultra-realistic detail, as is outline in this article...

  11. ****Correction & admission of general ignorance on subject matter****

    The F-22 Raptor is under armed [still] in my opinion, but this lack of options has absolutely nothing to do with a USAF dev team oversight. The U.S. Government and Lockheed Martin are the culprits of this handicap. After spending a couple of hours scouring through D.O.D. and Lockheed documentation on the project, they are the culprits of this 'vacancy' My apologies to the entire dev team and readers of this thread for my uneducated and presumptuous report. Thank You mr fuller for keeping it real and dealing with such and boneheaded inquiry with objective honesty and the utmost patience. My apologies.

  12. Fighter Report:



    -I am using all USAF pbo's included in the download

    - am testing wih only the latest version of CBA_A3

    -Have only tested the fighters thus far

    1.) HUD's/aiming aperatures are functioning flawlessly

    2.) No crashes to report. not one time and have filled the entire altis airfield up with every available aircraft in the pack

    3.) *issue* Service menu is appearing and is changing from fuel tank to AIM missles as the fa-18's do, BUT that is ALL the options I am getting. The outter pylons on the F-22 raptor are completely 'greyed' out and are unable to be interacted with. There is no freedom to change the weapons on ANY of these fighters. I see in the editor sooo soo many different types of AGM-AIM-GBU etc.. kinds of variants and cannot place them on my plane. (Have tried placing the misle/bomb crates next to the plane and also placing the single weapons themselves beside the plane.) all the different missles/bombs seem to not be configured into the service menus

    4.) *issue* am getting a "cannot create cloud* type of error when the GBU-31 impacts ground (tested from the F-35)

    5.) *quirk* am able to 'getin' missle rack as if there is a pasenger or driver pos in it

    6.) in the USAF drop down tab in the editor 'Empty>USAF>Air the very top icon appears in the shape of the B-2 but there is no label and when i place it down nothing appears

    7.) *kudos* flight mechanics are very responsive imo,, and i can tell very unique differences between ''the fel'' of each fighter. They are a absolute joy to fly,, just REALLY need to be able to have alot more options on what loadout to equip the aircraft with.

    8.) when attempting to switch from splendid camera sesion back to in-flight in the F-35 (only plane tested with this issue so far) game gets stuck at " do you really want to quit?"

    9.) also with the F-22,,, If I open the canopy before i get into the vehicle I am finding it impossible to close the canopy one inside the cockpit


  13. with the F-22 I am unable to load any other weapons in the service menu. I open up the weapon load menu and the only options for weapons are the weapons that are already on it. either fuel tanks, AIM 120 AND 9'S there are no AGM missle options or any of the other wide variety of other munitions that i saw in the editor. A tutorial or readme detailing how some of these things work would be EXtremely useful


  14. just got home from my boy's ballgame and shrieked like a small girl at damn 1 direction concert (didn't know I could maake that sound @ 33 yrs old) d/l now 33min. left!!!!!! longest 33 min of my life!!! Thank You Fuller,Kimi,Randomslap,Peral, and the rest of the extremely talented U.S.A.F. team that has labored intensively (i've seen you in 'Arma3 Tools' @ the wee hours of the night ;)) on this awe inspiring production.     Is this the A10-C that PERAL initially put out? and if so does it include the logistical tractors and such? because if so i need to let thsoe other files go to replace with this
