    Arma 3 RAMDISK

The Arma2 tutorials pretty much apply just as well Boomotang. As you have so much RAM available, try putting all PBO files over 100kb on to your RamDisk and then create symbolic links. Here's another RamDisk tutorial based on Arma 2/DayZ - http://www.22ndsas.info/forums/viewtopic.php?f=76&t=9205 The process of setting up a RamDisk is pretty much identical, you'll just be selecting different PBO files.
  2. Thanks for the link, interesting read.
  3. I have the same headset and get the same problem when there are multiple weapons firing simultaneously. I have the latest software/drivers for the G35, but I am using onboard audio so maybe thats the problem - though its never posed a problem before on other games with the same number of sound sources.

Maybe I'm having a blonde moment, but I thought that as Arma3 is a 32bit app it would be limited to using no more than 2GB of system Ram - maybe up to 3GB of system ram if LAA is supported in Arma3? Source: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?76121-Arma-2-vs-64bit-amp-LAA
