I've a problem, i've placed the folder into my arma 3 other profile/name/missions i load it in the editor, but it told me, warning file is reading only, i place a character than i click on preview, but noting happen

Dont know why, but today, when i launched my game, the Empty Category for vehicule,a ammobox etc etc dissapear from the editor. I still have Blu,red, civilian and ambiant, but this empty do not show up. Is anyone already have that problem? If yes, how to fix it? Thanks
