  1. This is my first post here, apologies if it's in the wrong place. I just booted up my TIR5 and went to edit a new mission, however I'm unable to double click to create anything. The green selection cursor just flashes as fast as I can click. This thread seems to describe the issue directly so I assume it's a bug from A2 that's been copied over with the code. I'll report it in the feedback tracker but any ideas on how to get around it until it's fixed would be appreciated!
  2. I've watched quite a few videos on the use of triggers and I'm getting alright with them but struggling with a couple of questions. I'm doing a basic rescue mission where I join and lead two downed pilots, then get them aboard a new helo to extract them. All is working fine except a couple of basic bits. When they get aboard the helo I want the task to complete, and then notify me that they have safely been extracted. The extraction helo is called pickup and the pilots are Pilot_1 and Pilot_2. I've set up a trigger with the condition as (Pilot_1 in pickup) AND (Pilot_2 in pickup) To test this is working I entered the following into the On Act field of the trigger: hint "Pilots are onboard, great work" It works perfectly, but when I sync the trigger to the Set task state - Completed module, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? I have a similar task set up earlier in the mission, where I escort the pilots from the area, by using a Blue Force Not Present trigger, synced to the set task succeeded, which works fine. I can't figure out why one works and the other doesn't, even though the trigger is firing. My other question is about a mission failure. I have a trigger set up with the condition (!Alive Pilot_1) AND (!Alive Pilot_2), and the Type as Lose, with the effects panel set to play a sound and white out. When the pilots are killed, I simply get the "Mission completed" screen. Am I doing something wrong here?
  3. Great tutorials, they've been immensely helpful to me! I'm looking forward to seeing more!
  4. If you right click the game, and go to properties, you have the option to opt into the developer updates. These are more frequent updates, but they can lead to issues with online compatibility and cause instability. I'd only advise using this if you have a reason for it. Personally I like to stick on the verified, less frequent releases.

How can i use the Bipod ?

It's an alpha - Guess what - Not everything is functional! It's not stupid, you're just being unreasonably impatient.
