ArmA2 Server won't start with @CBA_CO or @ACE

Hello I urgently need help. I have been at this for days trying to figure it out. I have purchased a server from NFO and I used an FTP to transfer all of the mods I want on the server but anyhow, when I use the mod parameters -mod=arma2;Expansion;ca;@CBA_CO the server won't even start up. But when I use the parameters -mod=arma2;Expansion;ca It will start up. I have tried to reupload @CBA_CO to my FTP numerous times, and still nothing. Someone please help me!
