need help creating a little script

may i kindly ask for an updated version of this script now when the processInitCommands and setVehicleInit is no longer functioning. it would be nice if UID authentication could be implemented to so that the lock/unlock only shows for players in a list. trying to lern this BIS_fnc_MP but i am stuck and realy need your help with this. thanks :)
