same problem here. I also guess the issue does slowing down the joining of game servers. have many trouble to join a server since yesterday. website https://units.arma3.com/ has also very poor performance right now.

Does BEC offer a way to show a defined text on a certain command? Like the admin type !rules into chat and the players will see that defined text chat? did you update your serverfiles to Version 1.63? then try to add to your server.cfg steamport=8766; steamqueryport=27016;
